Our world is at a crossroads. We face an unprecedented set of challenges where women and girls bear a disproportionately large part of the burden. But there is hope. We see it in the women leaders who – against all odds – continue to generate breakthrough solutions. They are resilient, their vision for the future is bold and the world needs more of them. As we start a new year, Vital Voices and Pond's are joining forces to launch an innovative new fellowship program to empower more of these women. This groundbreaking opportunity redefines what it means to be a leader, and shines a spotlight on those who have the strength to lead with compassion and empathy.

We need your help in identifying fellowship applicants who have new and daring ideas for transforming the way the world approaches social and environmental challenges. We are looking for creative women heading up organizations and businesses, determined to challenge the status quo.
